2007-07-10The race, in the European Championship, at Alastaro last weekend had its ups and downs. On the upside; we qualified as the 11th car at a new personal best of 6.65 sec/ 335 km/h. On the downside; in the 1st elimination run we had to walk over due to a wrecked fuel system.
To this years season; we bought 728 cui Fulton engine from Dennis Radford and Billy Harper. In England, at Santa Pod Raceway, we qualified with an e.t. of 6.78 sec. Next race will be the Veidec Festival at 26-29th of July.
During a qualification run at Alastaro we tuned the Willys a bit too rich thus providing the audience a little show.
